1/ PRICE:

All prices shown on the website for tours, flights, train tickets, hotels and car hire are in US Dollar. There will be special promotions in certain months of the year. Our sales consultants will advise customers about these promotions (if any) at the time of your request.

2/ PAYMENT:

We require a deposit around 40% of total cost for booking without international flights and 70% of total cost for booking include international flights.

The balance can be paid any time or when you are in Vietnam.

If a booking is requested less than 7 days prior to the arrival date and confirmed, full payment is required before booking is processed.

Payment can only be via:

  • Bank transfer: Our travel consultants will show you in details in each booking. You will need to pay bank fee from your side.
  • Credit Card: Visa Card, Master Card or American Express… An additional charge of 3% will be added for Visa and Master Card and 3.5% for American Express.

3 / CHANGE BY CUSTOMER:

In the event that the Customer has to change the confirmed itinerary for certain reasons, we are happy to assist with the following fees and conditions:

  • Domestic air tickets: Fees vary according to airline fees.
  • International airfare: Fees vary according to airline fees.
  • Hotel: According to the policy of each hotel.
  • Shuttle bus, other services: Please contact us for assistance.

4 / CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

For certain reasons, if Customer has to cancel his/her booked tour/travel service with Sunny Green Saigon Tours, we regret not being able to serve you and will accept the cancellation with cancellation fees and conditions as listed below:

  • 45 days before your departure date: No charge
  • From 44 to 20 days ago: 50% of charge
  • 20 days before: 100% of the tour price will be forfeited
